The Story

The story begins with getting a request for assembly tables from the client on IndiaMart. After talking with them in detail, we discovered they need a table with storage solutions for their training center. They plan to use it to train their dealers and employees for assembly work.

The Challenge To Find A Vendor That Meets All Requirments

Since the client was looking for an assembly table in their training center for showcasing purposes, they wanted them to be premium quality and aesthetically pleasing. They looked at several vendors including fabricators, that could provide what they were looking for but not everything in a single table. Some vendors lacked quality while some lacked appeal. Finding a vendor that could give them the package was also difficult in nearby places.

Why Protego Chose Furnisys

Aesthetics and Quality were the prime reasons for the client to choose Furnisys. Apart from that, proximity and friendly service were another. The client was pleased to get everything from one vendor. Our team assisted them in every step- from choosing the product to deciding where to place the table and cabinets by showing them a layout.

The client wanted vendors to come to their site to inspect and also if they could visit the vendors' site to see the products in person. Furnisys was the only vendor that met both of these needs, unlike others. Most importantly, our friendly approach and technical know-how reassured the client that they could trust us to meet their needs.

How Furnisys Responded

We began by collecting their requirements and sharing our catalog along with photos of past projects to give them an idea of what we offer. After that, we set up a meeting to discuss their needs in more detail.

We visited their factory to get a better understanding of what they wanted. They explained why they chose certain products and showed us the room layout, providing the room dimensions. Besides an assembly table and mobile cabinets for storing special instruments, we gave them a pegboard for all their tools and instruments. They needed space for placing instruments and proper lighting, so we suggested a shelf with an under-shelf light. Knowing they would need electrical outlets for power tools or instruments, we included an electrical power rail.

As a solution, we provided them with a Scitec Workbench with three Base cabinets that go under the table and two Mobile Cabinets.
